There are so many ways for us to progress and grow as individuals in life. When I look back then I am very grateful that I had the chance to live in London and New York and spent longer periods of time in Central America, where both of my kids were born.

Living and working abroad did not just enable me to meet people with different cultural backgrounds, but also took me on a personal journey. And so, I didn`t become just a student and banker, but eventually also an activist, an author, a lecturer and of course a father.

I met some of the most amazing and inspiring friends and acquaintances in different parts of the world.
